Isaiah Minos Jaheem's name is feared and trusted in Neo-Tokyo as a transport mercenary.

Whether it is escorting the daughter of an important politician, or a top-secret

laboratory sample. If it is under the guard of the Bull, the package might as well

have been delivered to the extraction point intact and on time.

Saboteurs who dared the might of the bull have historically come out broken

and wheelchair bound. They are kept alive to strengthen the reputation of the Bull.
